Role overview

What the role involves

• Review consolidation and reporting workflows, then turn them into clear functional specifications.
• Partner with Finance teams to gather requirements for statutory and regulatory reporting, including changes driven by IFRS.
• Map out data movement, system integrations, and reconciliation needs.
• Assist with testing by checking that outputs match the expected reporting outcomes.
• Serve as a knowledge point for consolidation and reporting features.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and external vendors throughout delivery.
• Prepare documentation that meets project governance and assurance standards.

What you should bring

• A background of around 5 to 7+ years in financial business analysis, preferably in reporting or consolidation environments.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Controller.
• Exposure to financial data, hierarchies, and reporting classification structures.
• The ability to create precise functional documentation in intricate settings.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across Finance, Technology, and third-party partners.
