Position Overview
Otterbach IT GmbH is looking for a Buchhalter (m/w/d) for its location in Rastatt, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The role can be arranged either part-time or full-time, with a start date to be agreed upon.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle ongoing financial accounting independently.
- Prepare monthly closing activities.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processing.
- Create advance VAT returns.
- Maintain, reconcile, and review ledger accounts, as well as cash management.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as a tax clerk, industrial clerk, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong practical knowledge of DATEV, especially in the Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen module.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Independent, well-organized, and careful working style.
- Good teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
