BIM Manager

About the Role

We are recruiting a skilled BIM Manager to join our construction projects team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring between five and eight years of experience managing BIM workflows, multidisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring project deliverables align with stringent BIM standards, client expectations, and precise project guidelines.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Between 5 to 8 years of BIM-related experience within construction projects.
• Possession of a degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a closely associated discipline.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, along with expertise in BIM coordination, clash detection, Level of Development (LOD), and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and orchestrate robust multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM processes, maintain BIM standards, and supervise the creation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans.
• Coordinate and integrate Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models.
• Conduct thorough clash detections and facilitate resolution of coordination conflicts.
• Administer BIM model management, handle the preparation of drawings, and assure timely delivery of project outputs.
• Liaise effectively with consultants, contractors, and project teams to optimize project workflows.
• Guarantee all BIM deliverables adhere strictly to the standards prescribed by clients and project requirements.
