Billing Executive

Job Overview

The Billing Executive position involves ensuring the prompt and complete delivery of electricity bills, either physically or digitally, to consumers within a designated area. The role also requires reporting any cases where bills are not successfully delivered for appropriate follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute generated electricity bills along the assigned route or beat according to the scheduled distribution plan.
• Collect proof of delivery where necessary and keep precise records of bill distributions.
• Identify undelivered bills due to issues like incorrect addresses, locked premises, or refusal, and report these to the Senior Engineer or Indoor Staff for further action.
• Assist in the re-distribution of returned or undelivered bills following address confirmation.
• Address basic consumer inquiries at their doorstep regarding billing amounts and due dates, escalating more complex issues as needed.
• Maintain daily reports related to distribution status, including management information system (MIS) and route completion documentation.
