Role Overview

As a Barista, your daily goal is to provide guests with an exceptional café experience by preparing superb coffee and fostering meaningful connections. Beyond just making coffee, you will contribute to a welcoming environment that energizes and delights visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service focused on guest engagement, hospitality, and top-notch coffee preparation.
  • Consistently produce high-quality coffee and espresso beverages quickly while maintaining café standards.

  • Support daily café operations by clearing tables, restocking merchandise and supplies, and assisting customers.

  • Stay attentive to both café and guest needs, proactively responding to questions and requests.

Work Schedule and Compensation

This position is located onsite in Invermere, BC. The café operates seven days weekly during summer and five days otherwise, requiring availability on weekends and statutory holidays. Permanent full-time roles are available. Hourly wage ranges between 19 and 23.64 CAD, complemented by tip eligibility.
