Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate the cash register and POS system, managing cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Welcome customers warmly and proactively anticipate their needs to provide excellent service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following established brand guidelines.
• Prepare and serve food items adhering to location standards.
• Handle and reconcile cash drawer, complete cashier slips, and make deposits as required.
• Comply with organizational cash handling policies and procedures.
• Set up and dismantle coffee bars and workstations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitization.
• Maintain a tidy and hygienic work environment throughout shifts.
• Restock beverage coolers, grab-and-go products, service ware, and condiments.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols for all products and areas.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferred prior experience in customer service roles.
• Experience handling cash transactions is advantageous.
• Barista experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic arithmetic and counting skills are necessary.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adherence to the designated dress code is mandatory.
• Proficient in English communication and capable of following beverage recipes accurately.
• Food Handling Certification completion as required.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing.
• Requirement to wear uniforms and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary.
