Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Baker to join our bakery team. This role is perfect for those aiming to develop their bakery career within a supportive environment. The position involves preparing and baking high-quality breads and cakes, ensuring health, safety, and food safety standards, and assisting with the training and supervision of apprentices and team members.
Responsibilities
- Produce and bake exceptional cakes and bread products for the bakery department.
- Promote and uphold health, safety, and food safety protocols to guarantee excellent service to bakery customers.
- Support apprentices and team members through training, development, and supervision.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience and solid knowledge in baking.
- Strong customer service orientation paired with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure, maintain flexibility, and meet tight deadlines.
Work Schedule
Your roster includes shifts from Friday through Monday, starting at 4:00 AM and finishing at 12:30 PM.
