Position Overview

We seek a dedicated and detail-focused Baker to become part of the WatchHouse team, someone with a genuine passion for artisanal baking, committed to crafting top-quality baked goods, and able to perform confidently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake the daily range of WatchHouse bakery items, maintaining consistently high standards.
• Accurately follow bakery recipes, procedures, and production guidelines with careful attention to detail.
• Create a variety of both savory and sweet baked products throughout the day.
• Assist in daily kitchen preparations, including making fillings, sauces, ingredient slicing, and other prep work.
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods such as brunch and main service as needed.
• Keep the bakery and kitchen stations organized, clean, and well-maintained.
• Execute routine and deep cleaning tasks, including extraction system cleaning.
• Take full responsibility for your work area with a focus on quality, consistency, and accountability.
• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices rigorously.
