About the Role
THOKS GmbH in Waltershausen, Thuringia, is looking for an experienced and committed baker or pastry chef to join its food production team. The company specializes in making tray cakes and cream slices, and offers a lively work environment within the baked goods industry. Responsibilities
- Prepare doughs, dry ingredient premixes, and batters or masses according to the applicable recipes.
- Store raw materials in a way that preserves quality and meets production standards.
- Operate bakery machinery and production equipment safely and correctly.
- Carry out in-process quality checks during production.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for traceability purposes.
Requirements
- Completed recognized training or an equivalent qualification in baking or pastry making.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation.
- Independent working style and a strong sense of responsibility, especially regarding quality.
- Good spoken and written German skills to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
