Role overview
ASBC Georgia is seeking a motivated B2B Key Account Manager to strengthen and expand partnerships with corporate customers while delivering business-focused technology solutions. The role involves working with a wide range of well-known brands, including Apple, Prestigio Solutions, WorkBooth, Logitech, Jabra, Dell, Lenovo, HP, and Microsoft.
Key responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with business clients to support long-term cooperation.
- Lead client discussions and showcase the company’s product and solution portfolio.
- Drive new business development through cold and warm outreach, calls, and multi-channel prospecting.
- Offer customized solutions from a multi-brand technology range based on client needs.
- Create and implement key account plans aimed at improving client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Assess customer requirements and market movements to recommend strategic, consultative solutions.
- Work closely with technical, retail, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and service quality.
- Keep CRM information up to date, including client activity, sales pipeline status, and performance data.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach through to final deal closure.
Candidate profile
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B or corporate sales, ideally within technology or retail.
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Confidence in making cold and warm calls and acquiring new business.
- Practical experience using CRM tools.
- Ability to handle several priorities and tasks at the same time.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
