About the Role and Company
We are seeking a dedicated AI Automation Specialist to join a marketing company focusing on Meta Ads and other services. This position mainly involves automating and enhancing existing repetitive processes and AI workflows to improve advertising efficiency and client service. The company generated over 35,000 leads last year and aims to surpass this milestone with your contributions.
Primary Duties
- Develop, maintain, and refine AI agent skills, instructions, and workflows.
- Automate the creation of AI-generated ads using image and video AI models.
- Streamline onboarding procedures for new clients through automation.
- Automate various copywriting tasks to enhance productivity.
- Oversee the automation of data tracking and integration processes.
- Enhance and update an established framework of automated systems and AI-powered workflows.
Key Qualifications and Expectations
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Practical experience building automation with platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Experience working with AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex, including operating within GitHub repositories to make changes and troubleshoot.
- Comfortable handling technologies including APIs, webhooks, JSON data, authentication methods, basic scripting, and AI-agent tools such as MCP servers.
- Understanding how software tools integrate and communicate to enable troubleshooting when issues arise.
- Bonus points for programming or software development experience and script writing/modification.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Drive, Airtable, ClickUp, or GoHighLevel is advantageous.
- Experience with AI tools for images and videos (GPT Image, Kling, Seedance, Grok Imagine) and AI agents such as Hermes and OpenClaw is beneficial.
Terms and Conditions
- Full-time position with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
- Remote work from home is supported.
- Monthly compensation ranges from $1000 to $2000 USD.
