Role Overview

The ATM Cash Handler and Warehouse Operator plays a critical role in managing ATM-related materials and ensuring the smooth flow of cash handling processes within secure environments. This role demands reliability, responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and document necessary ATM materials such as bags, seals, rolls, and disks.
• Receive supplies from vendors and ensure proper inventory management.
• Maintain orderly storage in a designated warehouse area.
• Release materials based on supervisor authorization.
• Maintain meticulous warehouse records documenting all inventory transactions.
• Manage ATM keys securely, handing them over only upon authorized signatures.
• Coordinate continuously with staff involved in ATM operations to monitor stock levels.
• Provide monthly inventory reports to management and promptly report discrepancies.
• Ensure traceability of all operations in compliance with internal procedures.
• Strictly adhere to control and security standards and operational procedures.
• Organize and clean the workstation at the end of shifts.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of secondary education.
• Strong knowledge of material management: documentation, storage, and inventory tracking.
• Competent in basic PC operations.
• Willingness to work in shift patterns, including night shifts.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate weights.
• Keen attention to detail, quick reflexes, dexterity, and ability to sustain focus.
• Efficient time management skills.
• Exemplary responsibility, integrity, communication skills, and team collaboration.
