Role Overview
An exciting opportunity exists for an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor, who is Chartered (MRICS), to undertake a leadership role within a well-established and highly regarded property consultancy based in Cambridge. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute consultancy Quantity Surveyor services for a diverse range of projects.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships for sustained business growth.
- Actively network in the local area to identify and secure new business prospects.
- Take lead roles in client pitches and presentations to win assignments.
- Contribute innovative ideas for market growth and enhancement of service offerings.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a growing team of quantity surveyors.
- Collaborate closely with Directors on business strategies and expansion initiatives.
- Deliver comprehensive cost consultancy services including feasibility studies, cost planning, procurement strategies, tender evaluation, contract awards, and administration.
Candidate Profile
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor accredited by MRICS.
- Experience operating at Senior QS or Associate level.
- Strong commercially minded individual with proven client management skills.
- Confident in networking and proactive in securing new work.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with ambition to take on leadership roles.
- Committed to team mentorship and organizational growth.
- Located within commuting distance of Cambridge or willing to relocate.
