Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute consultancy Quantity Surveyor services for a diverse range of projects.

• Take lead roles in client pitches and presentations to win assignments.
• Contribute innovative ideas for market growth and enhancement of service offerings.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a growing team of quantity surveyors.

• Deliver comprehensive cost consultancy services including feasibility studies, cost planning, procurement strategies, tender evaluation, contract awards, and administration.

Candidate Profile

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor accredited by MRICS.
• Experience operating at Senior QS or Associate level.
• Strong commercially minded individual with proven client management skills.
• Confident in networking and proactive in securing new work.
