Job description
Role Summary
The Associate Financial Analyst supports various financial services duties including collecting, compiling, consolidating, interpreting, reconciling, and communicating financial invoices and expenses. This role also involves assisting departments in enforcing corporate financial policies and analyzing financial challenges to offer solutions.
Scope of Work
This position demands expertise to analyze problems and processes across financial functions such as banking, risk management, capital markets, corporate finance, cash management, credit and market analysis, forecasting, and insurance. Responsibilities extend to studying international monetary and financial trends, managing relations with the Saudi Arabian Government (SAG) and shareholders, overseeing company and trustee fund transactions, and other financial operations. The incumbent operates under general supervision from the Division Head and guidance from a senior Financial Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine financial research and analysis tasks.
- Assist in assembling and analyzing statistical data supporting cash flow forecasting and exchange rate computations relevant to company transactions.
- Monitor and evaluate international economic and monetary developments to identify trends impacting the company.
- Support the implementation of treasury policies and procedures to prevent or resolve financial issues, ensuring corrective measures are effective.
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic knowledge in financial management, analysis, banking, and foreign exchange.
- Familiarity with company operations, policies, and programs.
Education & Experience
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Information Systems, or Risk Management, with a minimum of three years relevant experience.
