The Opportunity

Hype DC is seeking a retail leader to join the store leadership team at Pacific Fair. In this Assistant Store Manager role, you will help bring the brand direction to life, shape a high-performing store culture, deliver memorable customer moments, and maintain strong operational standards.

You will partner closely with the Area Manager to foster a people-first environment, grow sales, and continue building your own leadership career.

Key Responsibilities
