Overview
LaBella Associates is inviting applications for the role of Assistant Project Manager within its Program Management Services Division. This position is based at the client’s office located in Rochester, NY. The division specializes in offering tailored project management, business consulting, financial oversight, administrative, and technical support services for intricate projects and extensive multi-year capital programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with administrative operations both in-office and on-site as part of Project Management Integration efforts.
- Utilize data analysis skills to inform decision-making and project status monitoring.
- Participate in managing work processes, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project safety protocols.
- Assist with managing project costs, schedules, and procurement operations.
- Contribute to fieldwork efforts as required.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, along with 2 to 5 years of experience in the energy sector.
- Possession or pursuit of Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials is requested.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000 per year, depending upon factors such as applicant’s experience, educational background, and work location.
