Role Summary
The Assistant Project Manager - Operations is tasked with overseeing and managing the comprehensive execution of several projects from the Mumbai Head Office. This role demands effective liaison with on-site engineers, contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal divisions to ensure resources including manpower, machinery, and materials are mobilized promptly, supporting seamless project progression, timely delivery, and superior customer satisfaction.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and track multiple project executions across diverse sites daily.
- Monitor project timelines, critical milestones, and scheduling.
- Ensure prompt deployment of manpower, equipment, and required materials.
- Identify and address operational challenges to maintain schedule adherence.
- Serve as the main communication link between the Head Office and project locations.
- Collaborate closely with Site Engineers, Procurement, Stores, Finance, and Logistics departments.
- Supervise site advancement and quickly resolve issues impacting execution.
