About the Role
Henis Group, located in Rock Hill, SC, is hiring an Assistant Project Manager on a full-time, in-office basis with a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 annually depending on experience. This direct hire position offers an exciting chance for early-career individuals to advance in project management within an expanding architectural signage company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects from start to completion
- Oversee project timelines, deadlines, milestones, and key metrics
- Maintain active communication with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure accurate documentation and update project management tools regularly
- Manage contracts, change orders, progress reports, and related documentation
- Prepare project status updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
- Identify and address potential risks or schedule delays, proposing solutions
- Support coordination of design, production, permitting, and installation activities
- Help keep projects organized, on track, and aligned with client needs
Candidate Profile
- Entry-level applicants or professionals with up to three years experience in project coordination or management support are welcome
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Capability to juggle multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Professional demeanor and reliable, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders
- Able to work autonomously as well as in team settings
- An interest in construction, architectural products, signage, manufacturing, or related project-driven industries
- Valid driver's license and willingness to visit project locations as necessary
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, engineering, business administration, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
