Role overview
Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proactive Assistant Manager - Destination Strategy to join its marketing function in Riyadh. This position focuses on helping shape and deliver marketing plans that strengthen brand visibility and engagement across a range of channels.
What you will do
- Support the design and rollout of marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s broader business goals.
- Gather market intelligence and study consumer behavior to guide marketing decisions.
- Work closely with teams such as sales, events, and digital marketing to ensure strategy execution stays coordinated.
- Track campaign results, prepare performance updates, and suggest ways to improve outcomes.
- Help with budgeting, planning, and scheduling for marketing programs and initiatives.
- Liaise with outside agencies and vendors to deliver marketing-related projects.
- Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and communication plans.
- Keep up to date with industry movements, competitor activity, and new marketing technologies.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing strategy, planning, or a similar function.
- Strong analytical ability to review market data and turn it into useful insights.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfort using marketing platforms and tools, including digital marketing and analytics systems.
- Ability to juggle several projects at once while working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- A detail-focused, organized, and results-driven approach.
