Primary Responsibilities

• Devise, implement, and configure firewall policies to safeguard network security.
• Configure NAS storage systems and manage user privilege policies effectively.
• Set up and maintain EPABX systems for seamless communication.
• Diagnose and resolve network connection and related technical issues promptly.
• Assemble and maintain computer hardware for reliable operation.
• Troubleshoot network problems including cabling, crimping, and connectivity challenges.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook for organizational use.
• Set up and manage network and local printers to ensure operational efficiency.
• Protect IT systems against virus threats through regular monitoring and maintenance.
• Prepare IT documentation using Excel and PowerPoint applications.
• Monitor and update antivirus software installations across servers and personal computers.
• Create and manage domain policies to enhance IT governance.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in server management and handling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems operation and support.
• Knowledge of CCTV system handling and maintenance.
• Experience configuring routers, access points, and network switches.
• Capability to manage IT hardware and software inventories, including barcode printer and scanner processes.
