Role Overview
The Assistant Center Director (ACD) will assist the Center Director in overseeing daily operations at Mathnasium's Riyadh center. This position involves managing instructional staff, driving educational quality, ensuring excellent customer interactions, and aiding in student enrollment and retention efforts. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential for communication with students, parents, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operational management of the center alongside the Center Director.
- Supervise teaching staff ensuring adherence to Mathnasium's teaching standards.
- Provide a superior learning experience for all students.
- Organize and execute student assessments, tracking academic growth.
- Maintain regular parent communication regarding student progress, attendance, and personalized learning plans.
- Mentor instructors to uphold high instructional quality.
- Facilitate student enrollment processes, consultations, and retention strategies.
- Establish strong rapport with existing and prospective families.
- Contribute to sales efforts converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Ensure precise maintenance of student records and administrative files.
- Maintain the center's cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with local marketing campaigns and community engagement activities.
- Support social media presence as needed.
- Help meet monthly operational goals and enrollment targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Mandatory fluency in both Arabic and English, verbal and written.
- Exceptional communication skills in both languages.
- Experience in customer service, education, sales, or operational roles.
- Strong capabilities in organization, administration, leadership, and team management.
- Self-driven with ownership mentality and strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- High standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Experience with educational assessments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM or customer management systems preferred.
- Experience managing social media channels is a plus.
