Position Summary

The Asset Protection Associate plays a crucial role in safeguarding the safety of Walmart's employees, customers, and merchandise. This position requires strong investigative skills, critical thinking, and the ability to resolve complex issues related to security.

Compensation and Shifts

• The hourly wage ranges between $17 and $30, ensuring compliance with the minimum wage standards for the Athens, AL location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Premium pay may be awarded from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, location, season, or specific duties, with multiple premiums applicable when criteria are met.
• Available shift options include opening and morning shifts.
