Role Overview
We are looking for a Storyline Developer to join our team in Gurugram. This role requires a minimum of one year of experience and the candidate should hold a graduate degree. The developer will be responsible for creating and customizing eLearning courses utilizing various authoring tools and ensuring compatibility across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize eLearning courses and templates using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora.
- Enhance course authoring and publishing output through JavaScript and jQuery customizations.
- Utilize expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3 to create interactive and engaging content.
- Understand and implement SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 standards for LMS integration and troubleshooting.
- Debug and resolve course behaviors across different web browsers employing developer tools such as Chrome DevTools and Edge DevTools.
- Maintain high precision to ensure pixel-perfect visual and functional quality of eLearning content.
- Communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum one year of professional experience in eLearning course development.
- Graduation degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Captivate, and Lectora authoring tools.
- Strong command over JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, SCORM standards, and LMS related debugging.
- Ability to troubleshoot cross-browser issues using developer tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
