Yamai Technologies specializes in servicing and maintaining medical devices, working closely with leading clients in the healthcare sector. We are currently seeking an Area Service Manager based in Pune to oversee and lead our team of Service Engineers. This pivotal role covers Maharashtra, Goa, selected areas of Karnataka, and Gujarat, combining managerial duties with hands-on technical work on 3-part analyzer medical instruments.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of field service engineers deployed across the designated territories.
• Organize and manage daily operational reporting and monitor achievement of engineering and service objectives.
• Act as the first escalation point for technical and service-related issues that require higher intervention.
• Ensure the team consistently meets or surpasses all service targets and operational goals.
• Continuously assess and analyze individual and team performance through data-driven metrics and evaluations.
• Maintain effective communication channels and regular reports with the parent company based in Japan.
• Provide hands-on support as a service engineer for 3-part analyzer machines whenever necessary.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience servicing medical instruments or diagnostic equipment.
• Proven technical expertise in the maintenance and troubleshooting of 3-part analyzer devices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for performance tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively throughout Maharashtra, Goa, parts of Karnataka, and Gujarat.
• Located in Pune or open to relocating to Pune as the primary work base.
