Area Sales Executive

About the Role

Novapure Industries is seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Officer to significantly enhance the retail footprint of its brand in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding retailers, fostering strong relationships, ensuring product presence, and driving consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and engage with retail outlets to acquire new customers.
• Place orders and meet set monthly sales goals.
• Build and sustain productive relationships with retail partners.
• Keep track of competitor strategies and industry trends.
• Manage the collection of payments promptly and conduct follow-ups as needed.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and visit summaries.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in FMCG field sales.
• Demonstrated background in General Trade and retail sales channels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler and valid driving license is advantageous.
• Highly self-driven with a strong ambition to exceed sales objectives.

Preferred Industry Experience

Familiarity with FMCG sectors such as Home Care, Household Products, and Consumer Goods is highly desirable.

Compensation

A monthly salary ranging between 20000 and 40000 INR will be offered.
