Role overview

This position is focused on generating insurance business through an assigned relationship or channel partner within a defined area or zone. The role involves influencing the partner so they can, in turn, guide their customers toward investing in Birla Sunlife Insurance.

Key accountabilities

Drive insurance business from the allotted relationship or channel partner in the assigned territory.
Work with the partner to build confidence and encourage customer investment in Birla Sunlife Insurance.
Provide complete pre-sales and post-sales assistance to both the partner and end customers.
Coordinate support delivery with the team assigned to the relationship.
Meet business targets while maintaining steady quarter-on-quarter growth.
