Job Overview
The Architectural Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing architectural aspects of building construction projects. This role includes reviewing project specifications and drawings, overseeing scheduling, budget control, supervision, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine project specifications, clarify technical details, and assess construction drawings.
- Manage work schedules, requisition materials, control costs, supervise projects, and maintain proper documentation.
- Oversee architectural works and liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding technical issues.
- Ensure work quality and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with the company’s ISO management system.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least five years of experience supervising architectural work in building construction.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate at all organizational levels and work well in a team.
