Job Summary

This role demands an Architect to lead architectural planning, design development, technical drafting, site supervision, and coordination with construction teams. The position focuses on strong design expertise, technical proficiency, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Primary Duties

• Create architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for projects.
• Generate 2D and 3D architectural designs and prepare visual presentations.
• Examine project documentation including plans, specifications, and construction papers.
• Ensure compliance of designs with building codes, local authority regulations, and project specs.
• Collaborate with civil, structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to coordinate architectural needs.
• Carry out site inspections to oversee construction progress and adherence to design.
• Detect design challenges and deliver effective technical resolutions.
• Develop construction details, specify materials, and prepare finish schedules.
• Assist in interior space arrangement, furniture planning, and optimizing space utilization.
• Review contractor submissions, drawings, and any design updates.
• Participate in project and construction coordination meetings.
• Maintain thorough design records and complete tasks within set deadlines.
• Ensure that architectural work aligns with quality, safety, budgetary, and project criteria.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related field.
• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in an architectural role.
• Familiarity with industrial, commercial, facility, or civil construction projects is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, building regulations, and approvals.
• Previous experience working alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Technical Proficiencies

• Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Competent with SketchUp and 3ds Max for architectural design.
• Experienced in BIM workflows and architectural modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a benefit.
• Excellent architectural drafting, detailing, and visualization capabilities.
