Aptitude Trainer

Overview

The Aptitude Trainer role focuses on enhancing students' quantitative and analytical capabilities, specifically preparing them for aptitude assessments and recruitment challenges faced in industry settings. This position is vital in boosting students' employability by strengthening their problem-solving skills and exam readiness.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver structured instruction in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation tailored to industry recruitment standards.
• Guide students on utilizing online and CRM-driven assessment platforms frequently employed by employers.
• Develop and conduct practice sessions, mock tests, and timed exercises to simulate real-assessment conditions.
• Offer consistent mentorship, clearing doubts and supporting academic growth.
• Assess student performance data to provide targeted feedback enhancing speed, accuracy, and problem-solving competence.
• Assist in placement-focused efforts by continuously adapting training to employer needs and assessment trends.
• Instill analytical thinking, organized problem-solving, and effective exam strategies among learners.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated strong knowledge and practical skills in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation.
• Familiarity with online test environments and CRM assessment software.
• Capability to break down complex topics for students with varied academic histories.
• Dedicated to student mentoring with excellent communication skills.
• Preferred experience in aptitude coaching, competitive exam preparation, or campus placement training.
• Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, or Education is advantageous.
• Certifications or formal training in Aptitude Training or competitive exam coaching (e.g., CAT, GMAT, GRE, Banking exams) is a plus.
