Overview
At No1 Property Guide, Appointment Setters are essential team members responsible for managing inbound inquiries from our website and social media channels. With strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for assisting people, they play a vital role in guiding clients on their journey to homeownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to all inbound inquiries originating from the website and social platforms.
- Collect essential information and documentation from each client to accurately assess their situation.
- Determine suitable new home options based on the client's needs and provide guidance throughout their home-buying process.
Additional Roles within No1 Property Guide
The company also offers multiple roles that support clients in achieving homeownership, including Closers who present home and SMSF solutions, Admin Support staff who manage client communications and paperwork, Mortgage Processors who secure optimal mortgage products, Loan Processors who facilitate financial services like personal loans and debt consolidation, and an Executive Assistant who coordinates daily operations for the founder.
