Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Application Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) to join our team on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). The role entails supporting and enhancing our ERP system while collaborating closely with various departments and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) as our core ERP system.
• Assist in planning and executing ERP-related projects, including system upgrades and module implementations.
• Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units.
• Analyze and improve business processes in partnership with departments.
• Maintain system stability, optimize performance, and ensure high availability.
• Organize and conduct user training sessions and provide system-related support.
• Coordinate and oversee external service providers for Dynamics NAV.

Candidate Profile

• Completed IT education, degree in business informatics, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in ERP system administration and support.
• Good understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and development experience in NAV (C/AL) and Business Central (AL).
• Structured, solution-focused, and strong communication skills.
