Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaner to uphold the cleanliness and sanitation of our residential communities. This position calls for a meticulous individual who takes pride in their work, thrives working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of building entrances, elevators, offices, hallways, stairwells, laundry areas, garbage collection rooms, amenity spaces, and other communal zones.
• Perform cleaning of vacant suites and conduct suite touch-ups as needed.
• Handle both interior and exterior garbage collection duties.
• Assist with snow removal and minor painting touch-ups when required.
• Manage inventory accurately and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Support additional tasks and provide assistance at other sites as necessary.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of two years cleaning experience.
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English.
• Basic technology skills considered advantageous.

Physical and Personal Requirements

• Capable of walking, standing, climbing stairs, and lifting during an entire work shift (up to eight hours).
• Able to safely handle loads up to 90 kg using appropriate equipment.
• Strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
• Effective time-management skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Exhibits a positive demeanor and enthusiasm.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.
