About the Role
Join L’Oréal's Consumer Products Division at their 10 Hudson Yards, New York location as an Analyst focused on Wall Planning. You will coordinate operational execution of merchandising programs for leading beauty brands like L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York, Garnier, and NYX Professional Makeup. This role entails end-to-end management of retail space planning and artwork production, acting as a liaison between Sales, Creative, Marketing, and retail partners. It demands agility, stakeholder collaboration, and attention to detail within a fast-paced setting.
Key Duties
- Oversee the entire artwork production process from creative briefing through printer release, including validation of codes, copy, and dielines and tracking seasonal schedules.
- Serve as the main contact for Account Merchandising Managers and external agencies to resolve planogram and graphic issues and manage urgent field requests.
- Maintain and update weekly tracking of permanent merchandising projects, ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met.
- Organize seasonal graphic kickoffs by creating matrices, coordinating with Creative and Marketing teams, and setting priority header lineups for cosmetic displays.
- Support departmental processes by partnering with formulation labs on Master Ingredient Lists and managing coordination and agendas for weekly meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience
- Strong command of English and excellent communication skills
- Proven project management capabilities with keen attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership of responsibilities

- Salary range between $71,300 and $91,800, depending on experience, education, and location
