Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage aircraft maintenance schedules, orchestrating the creation of work packages and coordinating maintenance activities for the C-130J Military Aircraft MRO program.
  • Prepare and oversee production plans, task cards, and ensure smooth execution of work packages.
  • Effectively coordinate manpower, tooling, material availability, and resources to facilitate efficient aircraft maintenance operations.
  • Work closely with teams across Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments to meet planned maintenance timelines and guarantee timely delivery of aircraft.
  • Track maintenance progress, optimize turnaround times, and ensure adherence to the standards set by OEM, DGQA, and Indian Air Force (IAF).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME).
  • Two to six years of relevant experience in Aircraft Production Planning, Aircraft Maintenance, or related MRO operations.
