AI Trainer (Remote)

Role Summary

We are recruiting for an AI Trainer to remotely support a client focused on improving large language models through the creation of high-quality proprietary data sets for fine-tuning and evaluation. The position entails simulating multi-turn dialogues where AI assistants utilize function-calling tools to fulfill user objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop realistic multi-turn conversations that replicate interactions between users and AI assistants using tools such as calendar, email, maps, and drive applications.
• Portray both user and assistant perspectives, including invoking appropriate assistant tool calls especially when corrections are necessary.
• Determine optimal timing and methods for assistants to use available tools, ensuring logical progression and accurate function call application.
• Create dialogue samples demonstrating natural language usage, intelligent responses, and context awareness over multiple exchanges.
• Refine conversation examples continuously based on feedback to enhance authenticity, clarity, and training effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript to support scripting and data generation activities.
• Hands-on experience designing multi-turn dialogue flows and simulating natural language conversations.
• Capability to mimic AI assistant behavior including effective tool utilization and function call execution.
• Knowledge of data formatting standards and quality benchmarks for training datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail to produce authentic and coherent interaction samples.
