AI Trainer Lead

Position Overview

As an AI Trainer Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world training data. Your contributions will directly influence how AI models learn, reason, and perform in various applications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assess and rate AI-generated outputs using clearly defined rubrics and metrics across multiple subject domains.
• Annotate and classify datasets to boost the precision and dependability of AI models.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail when reviewing content for relevance, coherence, and factual correctness.
• Offer clear and actionable feedback on AI system performance to aid continuous model enhancement.
• Work collaboratively with client teams to understand guidelines and assist in refining evaluation rubrics.
• Keep thorough documentation of annotations, evaluations, and analysis findings.
• Perform in-depth critical reading and analysis on complex topics spanning business, finance, marketing, healthcare, and legal areas.

Essential Qualifications

• Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail in data labeling and content assessment tasks.
• Strong analytical and critical reading abilities to interpret and apply evaluation criteria effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to provide nuanced feedback.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Experienced in assessing large volumes of content against comprehensive standards.
• Knowledge or experience related to AI training, machine learning data annotation, or similar functions is highly desirable.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fully remote setting.

Preferred Background and Skills

• Professional experience in business, finance, legal, marketing, healthcare, or research sectors.
• Prior involvement with AI training, human-in-the-loop methodologies, or AI content quality assurance is advantageous.
• Familiarity with common annotation software or AI evaluation tools is a plus.
