About the Role

micro1 is hiring skilled AI Trainers to contribute remotely on a customer-focused project aimed at enhancing AI technologies. As an AI Trainer, you will leverage your domain knowledge to help train advanced AI models by providing quality annotation on short video clips. This role does not require prior AI experience, focusing instead on your understanding of the subject matter. Your annotations will directly impact the learning, reasoning, and performance capabilities of next-generation AI systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and accurately annotate short video clips following specific project guidelines and goals.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to generate superior training data for AI systems.
• Use detailed timestamping methods to precisely identify relevant events or frames within videos.
• Maintain uniformity and high attention to detail throughout extensive video annotation tasks.
• Collaborate remotely with peers and coordinators to clarify instructions and solve any ambiguities.
• Perform self-led quality checks to ensure annotation accuracy and completeness.
• Follow established processes to submit deliverables reliably and on schedule.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent English comprehension with the capability to understand and carry out complex written instructions.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Experience or familiarity with video annotation tools or similar data labeling software is preferable.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle repetitive or large-volume tasks.
• Prior exposure to AI training, content moderation, or quality assurance is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills for remote teamwork, including both written and verbal interaction.
• Ability to adapt to shifting project needs and accept constructive feedback for ongoing improvements.
