AI Operations & Workflow Specialist

Roger is aiming to transform this landscape with its virtual AI assistant designed specifically for dental clinics. The software enhances treatment planning, patient communication, increases efficiency and revenue, and simplifies everyday practice management for dentists and their teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for a freelance AI & Automation Specialist, the "Architect of Efficiency," who will pinpoint bottlenecks across our Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments, resolving them through intelligent workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, and Zapier, alongside AI tool integrations. Your contribution will enable us to scale rapidly without proportionally increasing headcount for repetitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current sales pipelines, onboarding processes, and support workflows to design and implement robust automation solutions using Make (formerly Integromat) or n8n.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI API and Claude into workflows to automate tasks such as lead qualification, email drafting, and data analysis.
• Seamlessly connect various tools including CRMs (HubSpot or Pipedrive), Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace to ensure smooth data flow.
• Create custom scripts in Python or JavaScript where no-code solutions fall short, finalizing integrations.
• Train team members on new AI tools and develop documentation to maintain and support the automation systems.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience with proven work as an AI freelancer, automation engineer, or similar, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Expert proficiency in Make.com or n8n, including deep understanding of webhooks and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering for business-critical AI model outputs ensuring productivity beyond experimental use.
• Basic coding skills in Python or JavaScript to handle API interactions and data transformations are significant advantages.
• A product-oriented mindset focusing on creating scalable, error-handling workflows rather than fragile systems that fail on first errors.
• Fluent in German and English; understanding German is vital due to our clientele being German-speaking dental practices.
