Overview
We are recruiting fresh graduates for AI Developer roles across several leading IT companies in India. This is an excellent chance for newcomers passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python programming, and Generative AI to begin their careers within an expanding technology field. Multiple positions are available at various locations including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kochi, and Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Create AI-driven applications utilizing Python.
- Support the development of Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Engage with projects involving Generative AI, Large Language Models, and AI automation.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for AI-based applications.
- Conduct data preprocessing, cleaning, and perform feature engineering tasks.
- Integrate AI models into web or mobile platforms.
- Debug, verify, and enhance AI solutions.
- Collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, and product teams to ensure quality outputs.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in AI technology.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python programming and object-oriented design.
- Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with SQL or MySQL databases.
- Fundamental knowledge of Machine Learning and introductory Deep Learning concepts.
- Competency with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with REST API development.
- Version control using Git and GitHub.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Effective communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks.
- Knowledge of OpenAI APIs and LangChain.
- Exposure to Hugging Face libraries and Prompt Engineering techniques.
- Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Familiarity with interface frameworks like Streamlit or Gradio.
- Fundamental Docker skills.
- Awareness of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degrees such as BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, or ECE streams.
- MCA and M.Tech degrees are applicable.
- BCA or B.Sc. in Computer Science or IT.
- Candidates from the batches of 2024, 2025, and 2026 are encouraged to apply.
