Job Overview
We are seeking an AI Developer experienced in AI/ML technologies, Python programming, LangChain, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLM) for a contract role lasting 12 months. This position is based in Toronto, ON, and requires a hybrid work model with four days on-site per week.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Develop and optimize machine learning models applying advanced AI techniques.
- Implement and work with frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.
- Execute natural language processing tasks including but not limited to entity recognition, summarization, and text classification.
- Evaluate large language model performance effectively through appropriate metric analyses.

The position requires a minimum of two years of hands-on experience specifically in model development and improving machine learning-based systems.
