About the Role
Embark on a straightforward entry into the field of artificial intelligence by joining TELUS Digital as an AI Data Annotator. This opportunity requires no prior AI experience or technical degrees. Your role centers on assisting AI systems to interpret and learn from the world by meticulously labeling various data types including images, texts, and videos. You effectively become the foundational instructor helping to refine AI intelligence.
Primary Duties
- Annotate images by creating bounding boxes around objects like vehicles, vegetation, and individuals.
- Classify textual content by tagging sentences according to their contextual meaning.
- Audit and enhance data sets by eliminating duplicate entries and rectifying minor spelling mistakes.
- Evaluate AI-generated answers to determine which responses are clearer and more precise.
Applicant Criteria
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience is mandatory.
- Applicants must be able to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Indian Standard Time, aligning with company hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline coupled with applicable experience.
- Native-level fluency in your primary language is required.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level) is necessary.
- Must have the capability to comprehend project guidelines correctly and deliver timely outputs.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $8,640 to $24,000 USD.
