Job Description
- Lead complete delivery cycles from project inception through to finalization of medium to large-scale initiatives within complex projects.
- Collaborate closely with principal business stakeholders to achieve optimal customer-focused outcomes.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to maintain alignment throughout delivery phases.
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, applying influence when necessary to facilitate project success.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the delivery framework.
- Utilize sound management principles in adherence to organizational delivery frameworks.
Skills and Qualifications
- Good understanding of software development processes.
- Strong proficiency in Scrum methodologies, including artifacts like definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
- Familiarity with additional Agile frameworks such as Crystal and Extreme Programming (XP).
- Excellent communication skills complemented by servant leadership qualities.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and adeptness at conflict resolution.
