Agile Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead diverse teams through all phases of project delivery. This position involves overseeing project timelines, managing resources and budgets, and maintaining communication with stakeholders, all while championing Agile principles to drive project success and continuous enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.
• Conduct Agile rituals such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Establish clear project objectives, scopes, schedules, and expected deliverables.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple departments to meet important project goals and milestones.
• Track progress, identify risks and issues, and manage interdependencies.
• Handle project budgeting, scheduling, and resource distribution effectively.
• Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Facilitate Agile adoption and ongoing process improvements within the organization.
• Align project outputs with overarching business goals and priorities.
• Maintain all project documentation, reporting, and governance materials thoroughly.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• At least three years of experience in project management, Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or equivalent roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, along with general project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
• Skilled in using project management software like Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication, and adept stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving and organizational competence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing IT, software development, digital transformation, or business process projects.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe.
• Knowledge in financial aspects like budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Expertise in risk and change management methodologies.
• Understanding of business analysis and continuous process improvement techniques.
