Agency Manager

About the role

Care Health Insurance Limited is looking for an Agency Manager to steer a team of agents and help expand sales and revenue. The role calls for a confident communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to use market insights to shape effective plans for promoting health insurance products.

What you will do

• Guide, inspire, and support a team of agents so they can meet sales goals and KPI targets.
• Create and run training sessions that improve the selling ability of agency staff.
• Study market conditions to spot new opportunities for business growth and expansion.
• Represent the company at trade events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Work with internal teams to build campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
• Track sales results, market movements, and competitor activity, then share updates and reports.
• Use feedback, coaching, and performance management to strengthen team output over time.

Eligibility and requirements

• Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Candidates should be based in Mumbai.
• Preferred background is in a Life or Health Insurance company.
• Prior knowledge of the agency channel is required.

Compensation and benefits

The annual salary range for this position is INR 2,60,000 to 7,50,000.
