Overview

We invite dynamic and goal-driven candidates to join SD Empire Edtech Private Limited as Admission Counsellors. The role involves guiding students and parents through the enrollment process for preparatory courses aimed at Sainik School, JNV, RMS, and RIMC entrance exams. Candidates will play a vital role in boosting admissions and helping the company reach enrollment goals.

Key Duties

Reach out to potential students and their guardians through multiple communication channels including calls, WhatsApp, emails, and digital platforms.
Clarify course offerings and exam preparation options at SD Campus, understanding individual student needs to suggest appropriate educational plans.
Consistently follow up on leads to convert interest into confirmed admissions.
Meet and exceed admission targets set on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
Keep detailed records of outreach activities, lead status, and admissions within CRM systems.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with both students and parents.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous support for newcomers.

Required Profile

Graduate degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and counseling capabilities.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
Self-driven with a strong focus on targets.
Basic proficiency with MS Excel and CRM platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

Background in EdTech, business-to-consumer sales, or admission counseling preferred.
Fresh graduates demonstrating exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Capability to work efficiently under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
