Role overview
This full-time position supports a finance officer function within the aviation sector in Abu Dhabi. The assignment starts immediately and offers a monthly salary in the range of AED 12,000 to AED 14,000.
Core responsibilities
- Oversee executive diaries, appointments, and calendar planning.
- Arrange meetings and take care of the related logistics.
- Review, process, and reconcile expense claims and reimbursements.
- Manage correspondence, records, filing, and routine administrative work.
- Draft reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office tools.
- Safeguard confidential files and assist with the day-to-day running of the office.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant role.
- Hands-on experience managing diaries and calendars.
- Prior exposure to expense reconciliation and administrative coordination.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional conduct and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Good time management and a sharp eye for detail.
