Role overview
This is a full-time remote opportunity for an Ad Operations Analyst based in Ireland. The hiring process is handled by a partner company, which will review applications and manage all next steps.
The role is suited to a recent graduate who is comfortable working with data, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow into digital marketing and advertising technology. You will help run and improve digital ad campaigns, review performance data, and support optimization work across several platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, oversee, and maintain digital advertising campaigns on multiple marketing platforms.
- Monitor core performance indicators such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and related metrics to spot improvement opportunities.
- Review campaign data on a daily basis and suggest changes that can improve results.
- Investigate and resolve campaign delivery issues so campaigns continue running smoothly.
- Work with internal teams to execute campaign plans and improve operational workflows.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries using Excel, Google Sheets, and platform reporting tools.
- Test creatives, targeting options, bidding approaches, and other campaign elements to drive better outcomes.
- Handle recurring campaign management and reporting work with a strong focus on accuracy.
