Job Overview
Perform daily bookkeeping and manage accounting activities including preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts. Conduct reconciliation of company accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable to maintain financial integrity.
- Keep precise financial records and supporting documentation.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Liaise with auditors and other external parties as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to UAE accounting standards and internal company policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Possess at least 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Skilled in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software applications.
- Prior knowledge of UAE accounting regulations is advantageous.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.

- Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma 4 (D4)
- Minimum experience: Staff level with relevant background
