About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive with a minimum of two years of experience in the US IT staffing sector. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise handling QuickBooks Online, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation tasks. A strong grasp of invoicing and billing workflows is essential.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage accounts receivable functions and perform bank reconciliations efficiently.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Oversee invoicing and billing cycles to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Bring at least 2 years of relevant experience specifically in the US IT staffing domain.
