Job Overview
We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join Madarwala Tours & Travels at our Hyderabad location. This role involves managing daily financial transactions and ensuring accurate billing and invoicing processes within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily billing and invoicing activities through Finbook software.
- Accurately record receipts, payments, and all relevant accounting transactions.
- Monitor outstanding payments and engage clients to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain comprehensive customer accounts and detailed payment records.
- Generate basic financial reports related to invoices and overdue payments.
- Liaise with various internal departments to address billing and payment issues.
